The villa Aeolus is a luxurious villa located in the beautiful area Kanalia at a distance of 10 minutes from the cosmopolitan town of Mykonos and only 5 minutes from the organized and popular for... the famous beach bar and restaurants “ Ornos beach”.
However, the main element that makes Aeolus villa unique, is the direct visibility and unobstructed view to the sea and the magnificent sunset, especially that time of the day, when the sun sinks into the sea, revealing the well known ,ancient island of Delos.
Villa Aeolus is built in two levels, on the first level we find a fully equipped kitchen , a large dining table, a living room with TV Smart and Bluetooth audio system, all placed with a view of the sea. Moreover , on the same level, there is a WC and a balcony with view to the swimming pool and to the sea.
On the lower level, there are four Master bedrooms. The minimal decoration of the villa and the designed furniture add luxurious mood , comfort and privacy.
In the outdoor area, where the swimming pool dominates, there luxurious sunbeds, hanging swings, hammock, next to olive Trees, with endless view of the Aegean blue waters, offering relaxation and well being. Rental Agreement
1. Security Deposit. Is the sum of money that the guest gives during the check-in process of the villa as the safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay,... the sum is given back in full at check-out. Security deposit will be given in cash or VISA credit card upon arrival and after TENANT check the house.
2. Duties of the Parties.
The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (see Rental Rules below) at all times while at the Property and shall cause all guests listed herein and anyone else the Guest permits in the Property to abide by the attached Rental Rules at all times while at the Property.
3. Obligations of the Parties.
Lost and Stolen Items. The homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Swimming Pools. Private or common used with caution for leisure and only. Guests assume full responsibility for the use in or around swimming pools. In the case of accident, injury or death, by signing this Agreement, the Guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner.
Incidental Charges and Damages. TENANT shall provide a valid credit card on arrival in case of incidentals and damages such as broken furniture and any damages to the property will be charged. The homeowner shall provide TENANT with an itemized statement before checkout date and agreed prior to charging TENANT’s credit card. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to agreed persons and shall not exceed at any time.
Weather / Acts of God. Property manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during TENANT’S stay on premises and no refunds will be made.
Parties / weddings. Receptions and other social events not allowed unless written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary.
4. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Greece, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
5. Indemnification. TENANT agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by TENANT or parties invited onto the property by TENANT.
