Villa Iris consists of four double guest bedrooms and one double guest house. The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, 50-inch LED TV and a high-definition music system. You can lie... comfy in one of the two double bedrooms with a super king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom.
If you are bringing the little ones along, they can sleep in the smaller double bedroom with a super king-sized bed and en-suite bedroom. The Villa even has two nanny rooms; one is already occupied by a live-in housekeeper. The nanny rooms have separate bathrooms, large staff quarters, and a personal kitchen.
The seating area has several patterned pillows and warm lighting that enhances its look. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-tech appliances. If you are throwing a party, you can easily invite more than fourteen people.
The outdoor area has an elongated swimming pool, a poor bar, shaded lounging area, sun lounging area, and a shower and changing room. You can park your car in one of two car parks at the Villa.show more

Rental Agreement
1. Security Deposit. Is the sum of money that the guest gives during the check-in process of the villa as the safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay,... the sum is given back in full at check-out. Security deposit will be given in cash or VISA credit card upon arrival and after TENANT check the house.
2. Duties of the Parties.
The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (see Rental Rules below) at all times while at the Property and shall cause all guests listed herein and anyone else the Guest permits in the Property to abide by the attached Rental Rules at all times while at the Property.
3. Obligations of the Parties.
Lost and Stolen Items. The homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Swimming Pools. Private or common used with caution for leisure and only. Guests assume full responsibility for the use in or around swimming pools. In the case of accident, injury or death, by signing this Agreement, the Guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner.
Incidental Charges and Damages. TENANT shall provide a valid credit card on arrival in case of incidentals and damages such as broken furniture and any damages to the property will be charged. The homeowner shall provide TENANT with an itemized statement before checkout date and agreed prior to charging TENANT’s credit card. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to agreed persons and shall not exceed at any time.
Weather / Acts of God. Property manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during TENANT’S stay on premises and no refunds will be made.
Parties / weddings. Receptions and other social events not allowed unless written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary.
4. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Greece, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
5. Indemnification. TENANT agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by TENANT or parties invited onto the property by TENANT.
