This villa is located a quick 15-minute car-ride from Mykonos town, it offers its guests the ultimate escapist experience. Whether it’s the captivating views, the traditional cycladic architecture and finishes or the incredible attention devoted... to even the smallest details, this is one villa that will stay in your memory and make you want to come back year after year. Comfort, style and, above all, fun were the main driving factors when the architects and owner teamed up to produce villa. Special emphasis was placed on maintaining the classic Myconian look, with its simplistically elegant aesthetic, while at the same time ensuring that all modern comforts were discreetly incorporated as well. Each bedroom has its own unique character, as well as its own en-suite shower room. In true Myconian fashion, a lot of the fixtures and fittings are built-in, exactly the way authentic houses from yesteryear were made for the locals. The house has three levels: a top floor, which contains a master bedroom and its own private verandah (the views from which are incredible). The middle level is where you will find the open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining room, with enough space for 10 to sit in comfort. Finally the pool-level floor has the remaining 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and one with two twins (all have their own shower room). The exterior is where the fun truly begins. At your disposal you will have the perfect space for entertaining, relaxing and just enjoying your stay. Whether you’re sitting in the hot-tub listening to the waves rolling in below, or having a full-on barbeque for 25 people, you will do it with a beautiful backdrop of the aegean sea and all of it’s colours. 1. Security Deposit. Is the sum of money that the guest gives during the check-in process of the villa as the safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay,... the sum is given back in full at check-out. Security deposit will be given in cash or VISA credit card upon arrival and after TENANT check the house. 2. Duties of the Parties. The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (see Rental Rules below) at all times while at the Property and shall cause all guests listed herein and anyone else the Guest permits in the Property to abide by the attached Rental Rules at all times while at the Property. 3. Obligations of the Parties. Lost and Stolen Items. The homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Swimming Pools. Private or common used with caution for leisure and only. Guests assume full responsibility for the use in or around swimming pools. In the case of accident, injury or death, by signing this Agreement, the Guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner. Incidental Charges and Damages. TENANT shall provide a valid credit card on arrival in case of incidentals and damages such as broken furniture and any damages to the property will be charged. The homeowner shall provide TENANT with an itemized statement before checkout date and agreed prior to charging TENANT’s credit card. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to agreed persons and shall not exceed at any time. Weather / Acts of God. Property manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during TENANT’S stay on premises and no refunds will be made. Parties / weddings. Receptions and other social events not allowed unless written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. 4. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Greece, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement. 5. Indemnification. TENANT agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by TENANT or parties invited onto the property by TENANT. By reading and signing this you agreed automatically verifies the Guests’ acceptance of the hereby Rental Terms.show more
