This 500 sq.m villa is consisted of the main level with a master bedroom with its own private pool & jacuzzi, 2 more bedrooms all with private bathrooms, a little office space, a spacious lounge – dining area, main kitchen as well as the staff kitchen tucked discretely, while the outdoor spaces include a remarkably large infinity pool, accompanied by a built-in 10 person jacuzzi, a lounge area, built-in sushi lounge, dining area where the availability for cinema set up is provided and the ‘Eye Bar’, designed for little parties, BBQs or just enjoying your cocktail overlooking the bay. Underneath main level, is the common spaces which include the spa area, fully equipped gym, playroom & “Secret World” a place equipped with top level acoustic equipment, designated for gatherings in privacy such as presentations, performances, parties etc. Above the main level, is level B’, with 3 more bedrooms with walk-in bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, an infinity pool, jacuzzi and a BBQ area of its own. Lastly, but not least, on the top level there are two autonomous suites, suite C’ and suite D’, with suite D’ being the master suite with its own spacious living room and conference room availability. 1. Security Deposit. Is the sum of money that the guest gives during the check-in process of the villa as the safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay,... the sum is given back in full at check-out. Security deposit will be given in cash or VISA credit card upon arrival and after TENANT check the house. 2. Duties of the Parties. The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (see Rental Rules below) at all times while at the Property and shall cause all guests listed herein and anyone else the Guest permits in the Property to abide by the attached Rental Rules at all times while at the Property. 3. Obligations of the Parties. Lost and Stolen Items. The homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Swimming Pools. Private or common used with caution for leisure and only. Guests assume full responsibility for the use in or around swimming pools. In the case of accident, injury or death, by signing this Agreement, the Guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner. Incidental Charges and Damages. TENANT shall provide a valid credit card on arrival in case of incidentals and damages such as broken furniture and any damages to the property will be charged. The homeowner shall provide TENANT with an itemized statement before checkout date and agreed prior to charging TENANT’s credit card. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to agreed persons and shall not exceed at any time. Weather / Acts of God. Property manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during TENANT’S stay on premises and no refunds will be made. Parties / weddings. Receptions and other social events not allowed unless written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. 4. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Greece, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement. 5. Indemnification. TENANT agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by TENANT or parties invited onto the property by TENANT. By reading and signing this you agreed automatically verifies the Guests’ acceptance of the hereby Rental Terms.show more
