Villa Management by Mykonos Luxury – Policy & Fees

Mykonos Luxury, aside from renting your Villa and promoting it in 30 countries, in 5 languages, is also in a position to undertake the management of your Villa for the whole season, upon a sensible fee, freeing you from the stressful duties of handling multiple villa utility tasks. 

Policy I.

AB Management” includes

  • Housekeeping.  Our cleaning crew will deliver the Villa upon every check in and handle the daily “light” cleaning for the customers.
  • Laundry.  Our covid-certified laundry associate will pick up & deliver the villa laundry at all times under our instructions.

The percentage of 3.5% on sales’ total  includes the organization, administration, management and fine tuning of the daily housekeeping and laundry needs, whilst all third-party costs related are invoiced directly to the Owner upon written (prior) agreement.

Policy II.

“A-Z Management” includes

  • Housekeeping.  Our cleaning crew will deliver the Villa upon every check in and handle the daily “light” cleaning for the customers.
  • Laundry.  Our covid-certified laundry associate will pick up & deliver the villa laundry at all times under our instructions.
  • Professional Disinfection.  Our associated partner will disinfect the villa before each arrival and provide a Certificate for each reservation.
  • Swimming pool.  Daily -or as needed- cleaning and maintenance of the swimming pool according to owner’s instructions.
  • Garden, Outside area, Glass window walls.  We clean, shape and maintain the outside villa’s natural environment and clean the windows, gates, garages  and other villa features that are exposed to the bad weather and wind, so that we can deliver the villa in the exact same condition that we received it
  • Paying Utility bills.  We can assume the multi-role of paying the water, electricity, sewage and internet bills, freeing the Owner from the possibility of being exposed upon a reservation
  • Handyman jobs.  We can be responsible for all cross-issues deriving from electrical failures, fixing of appliances, a/c units maintenance, batteries, anti-mosquito equipment, fridge etc.
  • All other villa needs on the behalf of the Owner.

The percentage of 8.5% on sales’ total includes the organization, administration, management and fine tuning of all villa needs, whilst all third-party costs are charged and invoiced to the Owner upon written (prior) agreement.
