The property is situated on the edge of a rocky shore, granting it absolute privacy as well as private access to the sea. This is one of the very few instances on the island where you can be both close to where all of the island’s hotspots are, and yet also live in perfect harmony and isolation, making it ideal for those who value their privacy but also want to get to places quickly. The view is nothing short of spectacular being that it is panoramic. You will enjoy sunsets over the gulf of Ornos Bay, and towards the island of Delos, which the ancient Greeks were particularly enamored with because of the powerful energy that it emanates. The endless shades of blue of the Aegean Sea are sure to both inspire and relax you. Furthermore, this is one of the few properties on the entire island that is totally immune to adverse weather conditions, namely the wind. The villa is so well protected from the “meltemi” (northerly wind) that prevail throughout the summer that you will probably be confused to hear everyone fussing about it (Mykonos can be very windy at times). The residence is divided in two main villas, two guest houses, and a two-bedroom apartment, thus providing accommodation for a total of 18 people. Villa Almare is arranged in such a way that its residents can be both independent and internally private as well as enjoying a lot of communal spaces externally, with so many places to choose to relax in and/or party in. You will find it difficult to run out of new options. The distances are also extremely convenient: only a 10 minute drive from Mykonos Town, 10 minutes to the airport, just 6 minutes to Psarrou beach and the ever popular Nammos and about 12 minutes to Scorpios. We take security very seriously, even though the island is very safe. Villa Almare was designed as a highly secure, gated property, allowing its guests to enjoy absolute discretion and privacy while escaping from the islands hustle and bustle. There are no hotels or commercial properties in the vicinity. Finally, on the lower level of the land guests will find a stair path leading to a private dock which can only be accessed by them, and which can be used for swimming, convenient sea transports to any destination, or you could even dock your private yacht. 1. Security Deposit. Is the sum of money that the guest gives during the check-in process of the villa as the safeguard against damages made to the property. If no damages occur during your stay,... the sum is given back in full at check-out. Security deposit will be given in cash or VISA credit card upon arrival and after TENANT check the house. 2. Duties of the Parties. The Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules (see Rental Rules below) at all times while at the Property and shall cause all guests listed herein and anyone else the Guest permits in the Property to abide by the attached Rental Rules at all times while at the Property. 3. Obligations of the Parties. Lost and Stolen Items. The homeowner is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Swimming Pools. Private or common used with caution for leisure and only. Guests assume full responsibility for the use in or around swimming pools. In the case of accident, injury or death, by signing this Agreement, the Guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner. Incidental Charges and Damages. TENANT shall provide a valid credit card on arrival in case of incidentals and damages such as broken furniture and any damages to the property will be charged. The homeowner shall provide TENANT with an itemized statement before checkout date and agreed prior to charging TENANT’s credit card. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of overnight guests for this property is limited to agreed persons and shall not exceed at any time. Weather / Acts of God. Property manager is not responsible for any weather conditions or acts of god or nature that happen during TENANT’S stay on premises and no refunds will be made. Parties / weddings. Receptions and other social events not allowed unless written permission, proof of insurance, and other requirements and fees as deemed necessary. 4. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Greece. Each of the parties irrevocably consents to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Greece, as applicable, for any matter arising out of or relating to this Agreement. 5. Indemnification. TENANT agrees to indemnify and hold Homeowner harmless from any liability for personal injury or property damage sustained by TENANT or parties invited onto the property by TENANT.
